Map transformations
« on: July 18, 2012, 01:19:46 am »

Can someone here tell me what does the tilt, cell_ref_width and cell_ref_height and other variables mean (including the ones from the camera) when we generate a new map in the Map editor.

There is some way that you use to transform the the map to make the view isometric right? My math and physics is pretty rusty so, I could really use some help here. How is it that it works? Can someone here explain it to me? I understand it is a lot of explaining. So take your time to reply, if you plan to do that.

These map transformations are the same as matrix transformations to view 3D projected on a 2D screen right?
