Reintroducing meetings: date for April meeting
« on: February 28, 2009, 05:24:34 pm »

Our developer meeting just ended and we decided to reintroduce weekly meetings again. The results of the meeting have been compiled at this page:
http://wiki.fifengine.net/Meeting:2009/02/28

You can already add your proposals to the meeting article at the wiki:

Happy voting!

I would be fine with doing the meetings a little earlier also if it is on a weekend. The last meeting was at 3pm and ran until 5 something for people on the east coast (USA). I would be fine with starting the meeting anytime between11am-2pm EST on the Sat. and that way it may not be so late for some others in different time zones.

Hmm if we would start the meeting at around 5PM GMT the developers from Europe could actually spend the rest of the night elsewhere and not in the IRC channel :-) Not sure if the time is not a bit early for contributors from the West Coast of the States though. What do the others think?

Well if we started at lets say 12 or 1pm EST then that would only be around 9 or 10 am for west coast guys. That shouldn't be too early I wouldn't think.

Just as a reminder for the next poll.

How about:
"When don't you have time for the next meeting?"

I think I'm not the only who just checked the date that seemed most convenient.

Yep, that would have been good. To underline the point: you can actually vote for several days, basically every date that you could attend. I'll word it more carefully next time.

On a related note: I think you can actually still edit your choice and choose multiple dates.
