Twisted networking engine written in Python

Twisted is an event-driven networking engine written in Python

I have a proposal, what does the fife devs think about using an python network sever for the fife multiplayer games?

Will that be easy to integrate into the fife based games without a c++ code or it will still require a c++ code top be written?

AFAIR the OpenAnno developers considered to follow this approach and to implement networking completely in the scripting side.

While this seems to be a reasonable approach, networking is not high on the priority list of any active FIFE developer that I know of. So if you would like to see network support as soon as possible you'll prolly end up integrating it on your own.
